Creamed Potatoes and Peas Ingredients 8 cups Mr. Dell's Southern Style 1/3 cup margarine 4 tablespoons flour Salt and pepper to taste 3 cups milk 16-oz. pkg. frozen peas Instructions In saucepan, melt margarine, then add flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, cook until smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in milk. Return to heat and bring to a boil for one minute. Add peas and Mr. Dell's Potatoes. Cook until potatoes and vegetables are tender, approximately 20-25 minutes. Serves 8.
