Kansas City Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 8 cups Mr. Dell's Southern Style
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 8 cups water
- 1 (28-oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
- 6 beef bouillon cubes, or 2 tablespoons instant bouillon
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
Instructions
- In soup kettle, brown meat with onion and garlic; pour off fat.
- Add water, tomatoes, bouillon, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered 20 minutes.
- Stir in Mr. Dell's Potatoes, peas and carrots; cook uncovered 15 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.
