Tangy Potato-Frankfurter Salad
Ingredients
- 8 cups Mr. Dell's Southern Style
- 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 8 oz. frankfurters, bias-sliced into 1-inch pieces
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
- In skillet combine soup, milk, relish, vinegar, onion, salt and pepper; cook and stir until boiling.
- Stir in frozen Mr. Dell's Potatoes and franks; heat thoroughly.
- Top with chopped parsley.
- Makes 6 servings.
