Potato Salad Alfredo
Ingredients
- 16 cups Mr. Dell's Southern Style
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 cups salad dressing or mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions
- 2 dashes Tabasco
- 1/2 lb. ham, chopped or shredded
- 1/2 green pepper, cut into strips
Instructions
- Cook Mr. Dell's Potatoes in boiling water for five minutes; drain and chill in cold water.
- Toss potatoes and cheese together.
- In a small bowl mix salad dressing, sour cream, salt, onions, and Tabasco.
- Toss gently with potatoes and cheese mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Before serving, arrange ham and green pepper strips on top.
