Potato, Beef, and Bean Casserole
Ingredients
- 8 cups Mr. Dell's Southern Style
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Dried parsley flakes
- 1 10.75-oz. can nacho cheese soup
- 1 15-oz. can red kidney beans
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400º F.
- In 400º F skillet, brown ground beef, onions, and 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes.
- While meat is browning, mix Mr. Dell's Potatoes and 1/2 of nacho cheese soup in another bowl. When meat is browned spoon off excess fat, if any, and add kidney beans, remaining half of nacho cheese soup, salt & pepper.
- In greased 2-quart deep-dish casserole layer 1/2 of potato mixture, add entire meat mixture and top with remaining potato mixture.
- Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon parsley flakes.
- Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes.
