Kansas City Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
8 cups Mr. Dell's Southern Style
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup chopped onion
8 cups water
1 (28-oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
6 beef bouillon cubes, or 2 tablespoons instant bouillon
1/4-1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups frozen peas and carrots
Instructions
In soup kettle, brown meat with onion and garlic; pour off fat.
Add water, tomatoes, bouillon, and pepper.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered 20 minutes.
Stir in Mr. Dell's Potatoes, peas and carrots; cook uncovered 15 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.
